But on another note, it is dratting stupid, but modern day chances of a child being snatched is really really low compared to recent history. It is more often then not someone you know and trust connected to the family.
Anyone who dressed in a Pedo Bear costume and started handing out Candy on the street wouldn't be getting his jollies off the children.
