For me, it's a woman driving a Kia Sorento or Hyundai Santa Fe. |

I bet its a guy, they are more prone to running off. Women tend to stop and panic instead of damaging their car more trying to get away. |

What i dont get is why it took bystanders that long to get there. I mean, 4 people come from the right side of the screen, which im assuming is a parking lot, since the buildings to the left. I probably would've seen that from a mile away, barring a building being in the way...or an american woman. ba dam pshhhh |
