it is very awesome, but its a drum corps, which, as a band geek, is far from extraordinary. Though, their guard really needs to work on a few things.
I give the basses kudos for having the guts to stand their while exploisioney things fire from their drums

Was anyone else getting irritated when the narrator kept talking? He was harshing my groove, man.

There's always sad litttle people with negative small minded comments that are almost a default action for them to mask there own lack of talent. I personally found this to be rather awsome.

Fellow marching band nerd here..
Come on guys.. This was awesome! Sure they may not be the Blue Devils or the Phantom Regiment, but I'm sure we can all appreciate the fact that that probably took SO long to put together. Tons of hours of hard work to pull that together, I'm sure, and I think they deserve a little bit more of a 'meh' or 'that was sloppy'.. Considering some of the things they were doing, I think a little sloppiness is allowed.

Anyway, I really enjoyed it myself. Nice to see people appreciate this kind of stuff xD

That was awesome. These guys should get together with the Japanese walking troupe that was posted earlier. THAT show would be so epic it would unmake reality!

Interesting. This vid currently carries a 3.9/4 rating... yet most of the people commenting are the band nerds saying "meh", pointing out how these guys aren't tight enough (usually with a link to some dudes standing COMPLETELY STATIC).

These guys did all this in high winds, while on the move. The main point is, they were very entertaining, which is kinda the Prime Directive on this site.

Man, coedog is right, it IS kinda frustrating.

You people are so effing frustrating. Enjoy it for what it is. Have you seen it before? Great, quit beyatching about that. Those who think it's boring or there's better out there let me ask you this, "Do you have any similar talent or are you one of those who does this type of thing better?". I thought it was awesome, and I was thoroughly entertained for the entire playback. (I did think the announcer should be shot in the head Saigon style, though)

Reminded me from my corps days. Good show but kinda of blah compared to the current drum and bugle corps.

@yanging

You know there is a button to the right when posting comments called "Link"

Take out the quotes ;D

Gets rid of that pesky character per word limit.

i appreciate that most of the posted comments show that some people actually know what's going on. Phantom Regiment line is pretty tight. tighter than this. and much more exciting. this was pretty boring. lose the corny narrator, lose the flags, add different basses and tenors, add more tempo variation.

i love how the question of "how do we make this cool?" is always answered by "set it on fire."

It was not bad, the "sword fighting" was a good show, I imagine you'll see some people pick that up now. Fire not bad...

But...it really didn't seem as complete without any cymbals, and especially without any quads/quints.

I miss my days of playing quads, too bad they are about a grand a set.
