I'm not like either of them. I like lean muscle, speed and stamina. People like type 2 from this pic are usually not fast and agility is very important for me. Not because I don't want to get hit, that's why I also value stamina. Of course, I'd try to dodge or block an attack but agility is very important for many other things, including speed of attacks(and I'm very, very fast at that). Overall, what I'm trying to say is, I wouldn't try to be either of these two types, but an agile and fast, yet strong and durable type. |

Also you can spend plenty of time at the gym as long as you don't body build and starve yourself. |

nope i'm not from east europe,and i'm not fanatic about muscles,i just mean that vshape is a fake shape studied on some body building center,is far from natural shape. |

I always liked the square shape. People that look like they spend too much time at the gym or just making muscle for shows just look horrible and unnatural. |

i'm square and recognized as a strong guy,my body shape maybe is out of fashion style but i have a friend whit V shape and he have spinal problem. In a strong test i will allways win against him. So womens follow your pure instinct and seek the reals "STRONG" mans and leave the V shaped to extinction...XD |
