Sunday, September 19, 2010 10:57:27 AM well, this picture was probably taken in Jammu and Kashmir in India. The state has been protesting violently for as long as we can remember and things are really bad now. The Reserve Police Force uses sling shots to slightly harm the violent protestors as there have been many many incidents of accidental deaths when the police used the conventional methods. |

Thursday, September 09, 2010 7:30:42 AM @genocyde i generally agree with this as well. it does over generalize a tad. personally i believe civilians that use guns are either hunters or pussies, often they are one and the same though. but in the militaristic world of police and soldiers one needs the added power of a gun to increase the likelyhood of survival against an enemy who will use any tactic to win. i would hope that golkar feels the same way and was just to lazy to type it all out |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 9:18:50 PM (continued from previous) Hunters or pussies? I'm sure with such a conclusive statement you'd be able to properly explain why no cop, soldier or the people in that historic event wouldn't go without a gun. |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 9:16:41 PM :: Guns are for hunters, or pussies who can't/are too afraid fight with their hands. End of story.:: Golkar, I would be inclined to agree with you if you can explain a couple of items of interest here. 1. There are officers of the law out on our streets who train to take people down with their bare hands. They still carry a gun on their belts. Are these hunters or pussies? 2. There are soldiers both here at home and in the theatre of operations who train even more to fight in the most brutal and deadly hand to hand tactics. You'll find semi-automatic rifles strapped to them along with a sidearm. Are these hunters or pussies? This is one area of interest that I know you've missed and I understand why. There was a time where less than three percent of a population actually grabbed their own weapons and took on a technologically superior military superpower. That less than three percent of the population won. Were these hunters or p |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 9:09:36 PM A slingshot like this can be deadly. Either way it goes, as Dee Snyder once put it...standby for pain. |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 1:30:51 PM @ForAllTheSin Yeah, guns are so awesome. Objects which are made to hurl steel ammunition through people, really cool there. Guns are for hunters, or pussies who can't/are too afraid fight with their hands. End of story. |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 7:11:42 AM "How much more awesome would the world be if this was how we settled war?" personally, I think we should just have a worldwide agreement that one country just versus the other country in a pre-determined game under pre-determined win/loss conditions (paintball for example) and the winner gets to do whatever their win condition was without any further interference. Plus, it'd make great TV. |

Wednesday, September 08, 2010 6:42:34 AM @angilion; bible bashing on a non-religious post is trolling, shut up and let people have their own views Hi, Kingreggie. Do you realise how much of a fool you've made of yourself today? No? Then how about you read the 5 posts before the one I made and you laughably insulted me for because of your own lack of comprehension. 4 of those 5 posts were the ones I was replying to...and they were all about the religious story of David and Goliath. Context. It matters. Also, I wasn't "bible bashing". I was addressing a point about archeological evidence, as that was the point that had been raised. You're just a blithering idiot. But thanks for being today's court jester and making a fool of yourself for other people's amusement. It's not my cup of tea, but I'm sure some people like that style of humour. |
