Netti pots!
Sure they make you look like a tard and when it inadvertantly goes down your mouth it tastes like poo and makes you caugh your lungs into your mouth...
But it works like hell. |

I used to get sinus infections really bad. I had my tonsils removed in High School, and the doctor recommended that when I got them in the future, that using a Neti Pot would help out a lot. I rarely get them now, but a good sinus cleanse makes the ones I get significantly more tolerable.
And the fluid is mostly just a saline rinse. You can get medicated if you want, but if you're in need of medication you're probably also in need of professional help. Saline rinse works well on its own. |

Neti Pot rocks! I had severe sleep apnea and along with other factors like weight loss, irrigating has drastically improved my breathing. Good to see that Terminators will be using them in the future. |

That is an exremely unattractive haircut :(
I've tried this neti pot thing before and I ended up snorting hot water into my sinuses and causing more problems. It's not for me. My tickle reflex is too strong. |

Well just as I expected before clicking. Anyway, I use a dishwashing soap bottle locked open for all my neti needs. Why pay for an overpriced teapot or gravy boat looking thing when you can easily use what you would otherwise throw away uh? And yeah, don't get me started on the refill packets! |
