Your mom said yes last night. Implications implied.

funny but not true.
Sometimes she says no, sometimes yes. Sometimes I twist her arm to get the latter.

@GuardinGnome if that's all it takes, you should have asked to go to a strip club when you were under 18 LOL

I don't say no all the time to my son. He's 12, and I actually say yes to him quite a lot. But he's a good kid and doesn't ask to do stupid stuff.

Then again, it depends on the age of the child. When he was 2, I said no to him a lot because otherwise, he'd get lost. And when he's 16, chances are I'll say no to him a lot because he's more likely going to want to do something that will get him hurt or get him in trouble.

@Faggio

I don't know if you did it on purpose, but the only thing I could think of as I read your comment was Cartman's voice from South Park.

Not true. My mom usually always said yes to me. It was my dad that I was worried about...

I think "We'll see" should be on there despite it always meaning "No".

Fazerella: My mom stopped cutting me off after saying "Mom can I..", With a "No", When I said, "Ok, I didn't want to do laundry anyways".

After that her kneejerk "No" to my pleas subsided somewhat.

Damn, I miss her.

Not true if your question is "Mom, can I do the dishes for you?"
