Scissors? Letter opener? Hell, even a properly placed pen will do, but no, go for the floppy disk by all means. I guess the idea is to not hurt your attacker too badly or something? |

@ Angilion: Yes, but you have to be really accurate to hit a guy in the balls and bring him down. A little shift means you'll be hitting him in the leg, which will hurt but usually not enough to stop somebody. The most effective areas to hit are the solarplexus, the common peroneal (right above the knee), and the pelvis. Of course, the nose is a great target as well. |

That last picture heh, it says to strike the face and temple but she is nut shotting that dude!
Then she's got more sense than the advice. It's much quicker and more effective to whip a folder off a desk and hit him in the balls with it than to grab it, lift it and go for his head. Where his eyes are. Where he'll see your attack. Where he'll have more time to stop it. |
