@Angilion Watching a game where the score ends 1-0 or 2-2 or 2-0, whatever, just isn't as exciting as Basketball, Soccer is more worldwide because the sport has been around for much longer.
It would be trivial to increase the scoring in football to get more points. Trivial and pointless. Your objection is so ridiculous that it beggars belief.
Also, what does basketball have to do with football? Nobody calls basketball 'football'.
Basketball still is more exciting though, you just won't believe it because you clearly like soccer,
You're clearly babbling. That was already obvious from your risible comments about scoring, but this just makes it clearer. I don't particularly care about football. I watch maybe a couple of matches every 4 years (i.e. during the World Cup).

we call it football...get over it. I don't see what the big deal about Americans calling it football is...that's what it's called to us, if you want to call it something different good for you but i'm in America so i'm calling it football....the greatest sport on earth.
