Well although there was no "action" I'm glad that there are people like the ones in that neighborhood that stood up for that same sex couple. |

that is exactly why alot of people are straying from religon now becaus of these types of these self ritious people (sorry i cant spell) that push their religon on others i am a believer but i also do not agree with every thing in a certain religon wich is why i do not consider myself a part of any type of religon but things like what is shown in this video just make people dislike religon more they are realy hurting their cause rather than helping you cant forse people to believe what you want either they do or they dont plain and simple there is a difference in helping guide them to a religion and forcing it upon them this is def the wrong way to go about all i can say is that not every person part of a religon or who believe is like this just like not everyone who is a athiest is like a emo slit your wrist psyco |

I'm not very liberal but, I'm fairly certain the people were guilty of both loitering and harassment.
The people building the mosque are on their own property. There shouldn't be anything said about it as long as they aren't making enough noise to bother anyone. |

That BS is this? It's hypocrisy to stand up to bullies who harass a couple as well as bullies who want to infringe on peoples property rights? And how is this a partisan argument? Only liberals care that it's well within those peoples rights to build an Islamic community center and that the entire issue is an attempt to demonize a religion? Only liberals want to protect their neighbors from harassment?
You do realize that there are many republicans in favor of the community center. |

Rubbish. Faith, especially when combined with power, has a long, long history of working exactly like that. Granted, it's more often been a sword, a spear, a torture chamber, but that's mainly because guns are much newer than religion. |

I call BS. These groups routinely "just happen" to be out front of gay people's homes.
The gay couple in question think it's because there's a fire hydrant outside their home. As there's a fire hydrant, no car is ever parked there. Which makes the claim it wasn't targetted plausible - a place where you know there will not be a parked car is a reasonable place to meet.
So everyone who's actually involved thinks that it's coincidence. People who aren't involved might think it's BS...but how would they know?
Even the person who made the video clip admitted that he didn't hear them preaching anything about any homosexuals, let alone specifically targetting the two people who live in the house next to the fire hydrant. |

I have to say, I'm actually quite proud of that neighborhood for joining together and kicking those grandstanding asshats out. I only wish more people would stop putting up with the religious zealots and start telling them to take their hate campaign and shove it up their collective asses. |

Noooooo....its aimed at the people who feel that their religeon is the ONLY religeon and disrespecting others by treating us like they are a phone company. "Pick me!!, No Pick me!!" Its annoying, its intrusive.
I will say this, for all the hatemongering that Satanists are believed to have, you dont see Satanists dogging people in public, or hating gay rights, or saying that physical defects is a sin just for having them. "fear GOD!!! oh and avoid Satan"

What I have done when this happens is to answer thr door BUCK NAKED (not an appealing site) seems to have slowed down the door knocking.

Instead, people use it to attract attention to themselves and judge others in the process.
