This is basically a query. If it is his birthday, it says, "Happy (insert age)(insert 'rd' or 'th' depending on number) Birthday!"
If the query comes back saying it's NOT his birthday, then it delivers the message, "It's not your birthday." |

For a second I was mad because they didn't account for whether he had actually had his birthday occur yet or not (example, if his birthday is August 16th [it is] and "today's" date is June 12th, he has not turned 29 yet, but the computer thinks he has) but it would still just show "It's not your birthday" anyways, so it really is just splitting hairs. |
