Tuesday, November 15, 2011 7:54:38 PM I ran a frequency tone tester from my computer and discovered 2 things: 1. My Subwoofer can play down to 5 Hz...which is pretty badass considering the specs only say it can play down to 16 Hz. 2. I can hear up to about 17,000 Hz so this tone must be lower than this as I could hear it clearly and the 17,000 Hz tone was barely audible. |

Monday, August 23, 2010 2:06:19 PM I'm 31 and I can hear it. Just a faint irritating ringing noise, sort of like what you might hear after experiencing really loud noise. |

Sunday, August 22, 2010 3:33:57 PM I remember doing this a few years back and played it in my living room and my brother's friend heard it from the other side of the house, he freaked. :) My ears itch now... |

Sunday, August 22, 2010 2:59:24 PM That's not the actual teenager sound. That tone was at 15kHz and is usually audible to people. The sound you're looking for is more about 17kHz. |

Sunday, August 22, 2010 1:11:55 PM this only works with young people, as you age your hearing degrades and you can't hear high pitched sounds like this one. |
