it's a piercing stud pushed out an existing hole on the left side of the screen and a safety pin pushed into an existing hole on the right side of the screen.

Ledoux and 8bit tribe are right. It doesn't line up, and it's too long. Also, the thicknesses don't match, the end isn't pointed, and you can see the threads on the tip from where she unscrewed the cap from the stud. Still kind of funny, but too obviously fake when it's zoomed in this close. |

she probably has 2 nostril piercings. 1 put through the inside (left) and the safetypin put through the other one.
Since the bar that goes "through" her nose is much longer then the other side, it's fake. |

I'm assuming she has three separate piercings, a septum and both nostrils. Putting the safety pin as a party trick.
Or its fake. Which seems quite possible. Especially because the the location of the "sweet" spot in the septum, it looks like it would have to pass through harder cartilage in that position.
