I hate her. My sister and I can't even relate to each other anymore because Erin can't think for herself anymore. Ever since Dr. Laura came into her life she's the consultant on every affair from marriage to child rearing. And her warped views on adoption are just positively cracked.

This wasn't as bad as I thought, but what I do find offensive about it is that this supposed "doctor" never fcuking listens to anyone. She just lets them say enough to give her fuel for some idiotic rant, and then interrupts them. She would not do well in private practice if she were a real therapist.

Dr. L is the bes. Love her! She's up front and in your face with her opinions. :) SLAP of reality to the face.

I'm sure there's more to that call, but the recording stops midway through.

The ones who call are her listeners and the know what she's like, so they are expecting it.

I think she's great... and right 98% of the time.

she's got a point, turn to BET or listen to rap music or anything black and the n word is a term for just about anything or anyone...used almost like the word drat. Not the best thing to get mad at anymore cause unless its some shaved headed/white robe wearing/swastika toting/republican saying the word in a meaningfully harmful way then drat off. I say it every now an again in or sorts of conversation, listened to too much Tech 9 for awhile there and you just can't get it out of your dialect.

ok first of all she made a valid point how is it ok for some people to say something others can not I am white but I don't run around yelling "cracker this and cracker that" besides a cracker is a food item how is that offensive to me lol the "N word" was a term for a lazy or slothful person (don't see anything about race there) and was not a racial term until some idiot gave it that power. actually that is true for all words but anyway i mainly wanted to give people a laugh, true story, i use to work for a restaurant where we had a race fight break out the cause ..... because some white guy said he wanted his bread untoasted because the last order he got the bread burned and he didn't want black bread .... now how stupid can we get if someone can make that raciest

hardly a rant. these mediamattards will use anything that they can find shoot down anyone who does'nt subscribe to their point of view. i'm not a republican, but i find that most democrats are idiots who follow the media blindly, and this is perfect fodder for them.

Screw it... who cares?
I'm sooooo damn tired of hearing the word "racist" thrown at white people for every trivial little reason. I don't give a crap if this offends you. I'm not going to walk on egg shells for fear of hurting someones feelings. Personally, I'm offended every time I hear the word "racist". And, yes, I'm a white American male. After all, that's what a racist is, isn't it?

Typical shouty, homophobic, xenophobic religious conservative. And she's no more qualified as a psychologist than I am. Seriously, people should stop using "Dr" in front of their name to give credence to their expertise in a given field of science when their doctorate is in an entirely different field. So-called "Creation Scientists" are good at that also.

I like how she said that's not racist before the woman even really said what was said. I think she's the one that's "hyper-sensitive".

If you cant shout the N word repeatedly on your nationally aired Radio show, the terrorists win.

I see both sides, I agree with what the Dr said. and I can see how it would be annoying to be asked all the time what do or what have you black people do this or that. but it isn't racist. It is like asking a different culture how they do things. but when someone does it all the time and not asking because they really want to learn more about that culture than it is just wrong and annoying

People voted for how they voted, I just linked to a page of stats that was relevant to a previous comment. I didn't make any statement as to why people voted the way they did.

But from the information you can take the following:

95% of the black people in America voted for Obama.

So either, 95% of black voters hold liberal democratic views. Or, if more than 5% of registered black voters are republicans, those voted for him on something other than his political platform, and only 5% stayed true to their political beliefs.

Either way, you are missing the greater question. If 95% of a group of people are doing one thing, and we say "Black people voted for Obama" is that a racist stereotype, or statistically true with an overwhelming majority?
