Don't feel bad, Linkenberger...I'm the same way. It drives me nuts that I can't keep all my tools organized properly in my toolbox, because the damn thing slides around in my truck.
Fridge is always neat, though. |

Myself, I'm a strange breed. Everything I do must not only be organized, but symmetrical. For example, at work when I polish coffee mugs and return them to the stand, I make sure there are less in the front and more at the back. I also make sure there are equal numbers of black mugs and purple mugs to the left/right, and that if they arranged in a pattern then the colors correspond symetrically.
