Actually this was NHK's April fools joke for this year. Every morning, NHK broadcasts a series of morning stretches, but on April first they broadcasted this instead. It starts out the same as the normal stretches, but then they start doing crazy poo instead. |

Gymnasts in general really freak me out. There's an advert running in the UK at the moment where there's a few people standing in a giant glass wearing orange jumpsuits, representing the nutrients of orange juice. Then the advert decides to portray how tightly packed the nutrients are in their brand of grape juice. To do this, a herd of Asian gymnasts all somersault into another giant glass and START COMPRESSING THEMSELVES INTO THAT WEIRD SHAPE WHERE THEY PUT THEIR LEGS OVER THEIR HEAD.
By the end of it there's 40-50 gymnasts, all on top of one another. Not in a sexual way at all, but like living bricks. It looks like a jenga block made entirely of Asians. It scares the hell out of me, but Bill Oddie's soothing voice gives me the strength to get through it every time it comes on.
