hmmm- my experience has always been great with them. One time, I was just past my warranty on my macbook pro and they still fixed it for free. I have zero complaints about Apple service. Maybe it's because I figure out basic issues myself and I'm not a jerk when I ask them for help. |

There is one thing I will agree on: Apple Geniuses ARE dicks.
I went to get my MagSafe cord replaced under a recall, and the one guy was like, "NOPE! We can't! Ever never, ever replace those! Nope!"
And his manager just went back and replaced it.
