Saturday, July 31, 2010 7:00:05 AM Is it ironic that my laptop froze upon seeing the pic? I wasn't sure if I had broken something. But then it unfroze. Too many tabs i guess. |

Friday, July 30, 2010 8:16:33 PM I once got an error message in French. No lie. I had to use a translator to find out what it wanted. It turned out that I had a French program on my computer and it didn't translate error messages. |

Friday, July 30, 2010 7:09:54 PM "Yeah, we should all use Linux! ...for some reason that no nerd has ever been able to make clear to me." I've been using Ubuntu now for about a year- I like it. Especially the fact that I don't need to waste resources running antivirus software. I just run a firewall (and MoBloquer- the Linux equivalent of Peer Guardian) when I'm running my bittorrent client. The desktop is also much easier to customize with Compiz desktop effects. That being said, I also use a notebook computer with Win7 Pro, and i like it too. |

Friday, July 30, 2010 3:14:51 PM Call me lovably insane, but the "fill your CD-ROM tray with jam" part reminded me that I needed to copy some CDs today. Thanks IAB! :D |
