Second, Bush was the 'scapegoat' because he was responsible for the worst 8 year stretch the country had seen in decades... Now I'm not one to place blame on the president for the way things get messed up, since Congress is more responsible for the disaster than they are, but Bush destroyed in his 8 years what Clinton spent HIS 8 years repairing of BUSH SR's mess... |
