Mel sure isn't doing himself any favors. I feel bad for him, but he should know by now that his every word is being recorded and will be posted online. If these recordings keep turning up, I'm going to start doubting their authenticity, because I don't think Mel is that stupid. |

pui they're not married. They're fighting for custody of their daughter.
She got a restraining order against him (probably with the aid of these tapes, because without them, no lawyer would have believed Mel Gibson was violent towards her).
And so what if she's a golddigger? If she was only attracted to him because he's rich, then there should be a word for him only being attracted to her because she's young and gorgeous. The sick thing is, all his rants about her being fake and everything is what he had to have been attracted to in the first place. He made his bed just like she made hers.
That doesn't give anybody a pass to knock the other's teeth out. |

when i hear these rants i like to pretend he's in that scene from what women want where he's trying woman's products to make it funnier. Something about imagining him in a bathtub, wearing eyeliner, lipstick and womans undergarments and painting his toenails while he's screaming this just makes me laugh out loud |

If somebody had some balls (and some epic money to waste) they'd cast both of these two in a movie together. I mean who the drat wouldn't want to watch that....or rather who wouldn't want to hear about all the backstage antics/bullpoo that went on? I mean, it would be almost inevitable! |

Some women push every button for a reaction repeatedly. I have seen girls get an inch from there boyfriends face, yelling and degrading them. Violence is never the answer, but add to the mix a bad temper. Sometimes, too much is too much.
We are hearing her side. She is very calm, she is away from him. He is no doubt disturbed. But for him to behave this way he also has to have been pushed. I think he needs help. But I think that old rule of "Its never the womans fault" needs to be re-examined. Its not your fault if you are being a loving, caring spouse. If you are contributing to the problem you can't be held completely unaccountable. |

Honestly, this is really stupid of him. There is a right way to react and a wrong way to react. Calling her up and screaming horrible things at her on the phone does nothing but make him look like a douche. She was a b*tch first, but he's just sinking to her level.
The right thing to do is to quietly file for divorce. Calmly tell the lawyers why, let HER be the hysterical one to deny it (now that money is on the line) and scream all sorts of accusations at him! Be the better, stronger person and who now has the integrity? Also, just knowing that you were the one who didn't get his own clothes dirty in this whole thing means that he wins, and she's a terrible woman for what she did.
Now that she has all these recordings of him being batsh*t crazy, she has the upper hand when they get divorced. She's a b*tch, but he should have been more mature about it, for his own sake. |
