ZackDark, you're right. It was GP2 (F1's suppourt series where some of the current drivers, such as Lewis Hamilton, graduated from). Same day, same corner. At least the GP2 driver didn't almost land on his head... |

Just as a curiosity: on the same day, earlier, during the F3 (or some other Formula) races on the same track, someone crashed on that same place with results very similar. |

I'm sorry, "During Red Bull Race"?! It's Formula f*cking 1!
Anyway, it was just a mis-judgement. He hit that car at 190mph, and at that speed tiny inputs make a huge difference, especially in something as twitchy as an F1 car. He was trying to overtake a Lotus - one of the new teams for 2010 - which, because the new team has a small budget, needed to brake much earlier than Mark Webber expected. 80m earlier than him, no less.
@Yokel1337 - Yes he did. Hamilton & Button came 2nd and 3rd. Not the only time that day that Germany came out on top against England... |

This was during the european grand prix in valencia, not a red bull race. Mark Webber just drives for the red bull team. |
