Dunno if this has been mentioned before as I don't want to read through every post but if this is the girl I think it is then her story is rather more tragic than it appears in this 4 year old article.
The girl in question has revealed her identity recently and it turns out that she was raped repeatedly by her brother since she was about 8 and he was the one who got her pregnant. Her mother refuses to believe this. She gave her child up for adoption on the understanding that she would get to see it but turns out that she is only entitled to 2 letters updating her a year and nothing more - she is now going to fight for custody.

It is possible. Out of all the young girls losing their virginity, there's enough of them that statisticaly someone is going to get knocked up on the first try. Theirs been cases of 5 year old kids pregnant. Google Lina Medina. Some kids naturally (though it is not that common) start releasing eggs/the menstrual cycle very early, and they can get knocked up as a result. |

I love how they rag on about how she "Can not be identified" then add in random snippets like "The girl, who has shoulder-length dark hair..." which then goes on to explain something unrelated about the hair statement, smoking habits. It's just thrown in there for no reason but some kind of identification, even if vague. Irony?
She smokes and drinks and fights, is 11 and pregnant? She should not be having sex that young. And although I don't want to say 'contraception is the answer to this issue/could have prevented it' (because contraception is a great and very effective thing with older teens like myself, mature enough to have sex, but not wanting children. It's not an answer for young kids like this.) Because really, this kid is too young IMHO.
Also, who is supplying her with cigs, booze and all that? Charges please, there only contributing to the problem. Her proud mother? IDK.
