Saying "my nose will grow" is not a lie, he has no knowledge of the future whether his nose grows or not, so it's an assumption based on him knowing that he will eventually lie in life causing his nose to grow. NOT a paradox. |

Nothing about the statement, "My nose will grow," says it won't grow when he tells the truth. "If A then B" doesn't necessarily mean "If not A then not B" A common logical fallacy.

His nose only technically grows under stress, so if he did it calmly enough... It'd be pretty hard keeping him calm, though, knowing that even a hint of worry might rip open a black hole. |
