The games are not shown live in North Korea; they are taped and then showed so the gov't can guarantee that there are no protests against kim and to make sure signs like this are not shown.
@msieg007 - i read about that too! i think its true given the fact that only north korean diplomats are allowed to leave the country |

Well since the guys holding the sign appear to be white and speak fluent English, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that they're not North Koreans.
Here's an interesting tidbit though: SUPPOSEDLY, the North Korean fans at the games are actually Chinese actors hired by North Korea. Given North Korea's history, I'm not surprised. |
