The helicopter comment actually makes sense. The men were about to lift him by the arms when his legs were crossed, so his feet wouldn't be touching the ground.
He was resistant to walking and didn't want to travel like a helicopter.
Drunks are rarely as incomprehendable as people make them out to be. |

Oh, this is better. A person calls the cops alleging theft. The theft in question being that she gave someone $20 for crack and they gave her a lump of plaster instead. So she called the cops, as you do...no, you don't.
The alleged dealer has an excellent explanation for why she doesn't sell drugs.

Well, they're hardly going to bother going abroad to make the series, are they?
I think this actually shows the USA in a good light. This is what happens in a relatively free and relatively rich society. You could film the same sort of thing in the UK. Sure, it's far more common in the USA, but that's because far more people live there. More drunks, more druggies, more babbling idiots, more thugs, more dangerous nutters, more geeks, more kinky weirdoes, more altruists, more philanthropists, more boring people, more tasteless people, more heroes...just a lot more people, simple as that. |
