btw i just remembered and got creeped out: there was a comic book about two friends who look just like them! the boy keeps asking the girl out but she refuses and in the end he kills her and make it look like an accident :s |

I gotta feel sorry for the poor guy. He was doing this stuff for her, going to ask her to marry him, then it's all taken away. Yeah, they shouldn't have been hiking in a thunderstorm, and they shouldn't have been walking along the top of the bald, effectively making themselves the tallest points for miles, it doesn't mean it's any less tragic. If anything, it's more so because it was completely preventable. So, to all of you who either decided to make jokes at their expense because you decided to pass judgement on their intelligence, or to you who think this was a great opportunity to use this story to advance your beliefs on the fallacy of religion, all I can say is I hope you think your post was worth it. |

That isn't what happened here?? This was supposed to be a good memory for the both of them and just as he was about to ask her to marry him, she exclaims how much she enjoys thunder storms and is struck by lightning resulting in her death. Pretty ironic to me. |
