Let's see, I live in Houston and our street signs are green with white lettering. So, I must actually live in Redondo Beach and have been confused. In fact, I think the vast majority of the country must be in Redondo Beach.

I see the street signs and the trailer. Both of which indicate that he is in REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA, where there are TONS of Hispanic people, and very few black people.
I also see his COMPLEXION, something you seem to have failed to notice. He is definitely either full Hispanic or half Hispanic. |
