If you read the story (I just want want to play devils advocate) The guy said he didn't realise the kid was there, and then apologised and gave the ball to the little kid. Then who ever hit the ball gave the guy two signed balls for the "meanie's" kids, and signed the other kid's ball. So all is okies! |

Goaliejerry, you are making some awfully big assumptions about agency/ the scope of agency/agent authorization.. We could just as easily make assumptions/skew facts and claim a donative transfer or even larceny of the ball by the player. But for the sake of agreement, I can easily see your argument and, assuming certain facts, agree with you -- ABANDONED  |

I really don't see how the guy is in poo for this. He gave it to his little kid, he basically said its that fat kid or my kid, and i like my kid better. Ever to go a baseball game and anything thrown out into the crowd has to go to a little kid, even if its an xtra large t-shirt. well screw that, when i have a kid i will do anything to get him stuff, regardless if i piss on another kids day cause i have longer arms and not those fat stubby things |
