Its probably because he couldn't fit into any cars.
I can imagine him going from car to car with a salesman nearby to pull him out of each one till the salesman says, "You know what, big guy, I got just the thing for you." The Salesman rolls the large man to a shiny new moped and the large man's face lights up like a Christmas tree. He hops on to the moped with great excitement while he rides around in circles, giggling like a schoolgirl, with his rolls falling evenly off of both sides of the seat. Twas a happy day for the fat man... and the salesman who charged him $5000 for a moped which will only have a top speed of 5 mph due to the man's immense body weight. |

Yes. In some states, you can ride a motorbike without a helmet, provided you have enough insurance. However, in all states but one, you are required to wear a seatbelt while in a vehicle, regardless of how much insurance you carry.
This is why your insurance sucks America. Hell, this is why you *need* insurance. |

Yes. In some states, you can ride a motorbike without a helmet, provided you have enough insurance. However, in all states but one, you are required to wear a seatbelt while in a vehicle, regardless of how much insurance you carry. |
