From what I gather, often the facial tattoos are forced. It's often a choice between being killed or getting the tattoo, sometimes they're literally held down and tattooed. Most women wear make-up covering their tattoos during the day so you'd never know unless they wanted you to. |

With wonderful, socially contributing, responsible parents like these, who obviously seek nothing more setting a good example for their child, I can sleep well knowing this child will undoubtedly grow up to become an asset to society.

The tatoo on her face has elements of a burka in the sense that she is showing total allegance to the street gang. It's a form of control and subservience and is REALLY scary!!! Also note the tatoo to the control freak husband's neck: only the most violent and sociopathic people in society seem to place their tats there. Poor kid. |
