He needed to animate ALL the bubbles, so it looked more like bubble-city or something. More work, yeah, but animating just a couple of them here and there didn't generate enough pathos. If it was shown as an entire community of bubbles, then some a-hole starts popping them off one at a time - THAT would work better. |
