Tuesday, June 08, 2010 8:35:22 PM Oh and eating meat has always been bad, but people didn't know it long ago. Just like they didn't know how to cure diseases we treat every day now. |

Tuesday, June 08, 2010 8:34:22 PM Humans have been eating meat for THOUSANDS of years, what makes it so bad now? Too much meat is bad, yes. But NO meat is also bad. You're wrong, no meat is not bad. If you know how to eat, it's very healthy to not eat meat, eggs, or dairy. There are professional athletes who are vegan, there's nothing wrong with it. Stupid propaganda and people who believe it without any research. Yeah, you might try some research yourself there genius. I'm not going to get into a big debate here, but you don't have the facts so you're as stupid as the people you're against. I'm not a PETA supporter, they make some really stupid mistakes. But I am vegan and have done a lot of research on it. |

Thursday, June 03, 2010 7:47:33 PM Give me a lineup of 9 omnivores and 1 vegan and I can't spot him/her 99.9% of the time. Vegans look different. Humans have been eating meat for THOUSANDS of years, what makes it so bad now? Too much meat is bad, yes. But NO meat is also bad. |

Thursday, June 03, 2010 3:11:25 PM Yeah, too bad being vegetarian and being part of Peta are completely different topics here. One involves not eating meat. The other involves not eating meat while still slautering thousands of animals. |

Thursday, June 03, 2010 2:28:12 PM "isn't it something like 1% of vegans are obese? Honestly, who gives a poo? worry about yourself, let others eat themselves into oblivion if that's what they want. |

Wednesday, June 02, 2010 10:13:14 AM It's all a matter of portion size. Just because you eat meat doesn't mean you're going to be heavy, and just because you're vegetarian or vegan doesn't mean you're going to be lighter. Eat what you want, just don't go overboard. |

Wednesday, June 02, 2010 9:45:54 AM I think those of you who write-off vegetarianism as unsubstantial probably don't know what you're talking about. Pescetarianism has been proven to be the best possible diet. But really, if you want to keep your "you need protein which you can't get from any other source!!!" argument, go ahead. |

Wednesday, June 02, 2010 4:28:55 AM We are omnivores and are equipped to eat meat, yes. But during our evolutionary history we've never eaten this MUCH meat. Our portions of meat are way out of line. |

Wednesday, June 02, 2010 4:12:48 AM Brandysnap I agree. Im veg, but i still eat way too much bread, pasta, and junkfood. Ive lost 15 pounds so far this year, but its hard cause i love these things. You gotta watch what you eat no matter what your diet is. |

Wednesday, June 02, 2010 12:23:34 AM So now we see what PETA and all the vegan-loving soul-healing silver-cord aura-painting reiki energy channelling hippies really think. They just love themselves and hate fat people. No surprise there. Personally I find pasty-skinned emo eczema-ridden lentil munchers revolting. But hey, that's just my opinion, I don't go around putting it up on billboards. |

Tuesday, June 01, 2010 10:11:02 PM Well, I guess PETA members can't have oral, since they would have meat in their mouths.... AMIRITE? |

Tuesday, June 01, 2010 9:41:58 PM I remember having a debate about a PETA video on youtube with a girl trying to convince me of all the health benefits of being vegetarian. She had a link to her myspace profile on her channel and turns out she was obese. When I brought that to her attention she got butt hurt and wouldn't reply. Remember vegetarians...just because cake, pasta and chips don't contain meat that doesn't make them healthy! |

Tuesday, June 01, 2010 9:32:31 PM Every member of PETA should go die in a hole filled with delicious meat. When they learn to love meat (I said WHEN, not IF), we can let them free. |

Tuesday, June 01, 2010 8:30:14 PM Aren't the people at Peta sooo lucky to be able to sit around on their asses thinking up witty slogans like this one! Go and help clean up the oil spill instead! Anyway - protein is much better for you than carbs. :-p |
