Hmmm... obviously its pointless arguing with you, because you're too stupid to actually read and digest what we're saying.

If you eat more and exercise the same, then you're obviously going to put on weight. If you eat more of the *right* foods (wholemeal pasta, tuna, salads, nuts, cereals etc) and you exercise more, then you will lose weight.

If you sit on your fat ass, watching tv and eating 5 meals of cheetos and cookie dough, then you'll obviously pile on the pounds.

Trust me, I could go into the science behind it all, but it bored me when I was at uni, so I wont put you through it.

If your body feels full all the time, it wont store food as fat stores, it will burn it because it feels no need to create fat stores.

I run 5km at least 3 times a week, and do strength and conditioning training every other day. Trust me, there aint a pick of fat on me and I eat constantly.

Eating when your hungry is like drinking when you are thirsty. Your body already is starting to think it is starving so it will want to store your next meal. If you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. You need to eat and drink throughout the day to moderate your blood sugar, hydration, and energy.

Actually duffytoler, that IS correct. When you eat once a day, your body stores food as fat in order to slow-release it during the daily fast. Trouble is, it never converts it all, and you end up fat. Nutritionists and doctors recommend 5 or 6 small meals a day, which can total twice as much as a once-a-day single meal if you like, and having the first one as soon as you get up, the last one right before bed. Your metabolism stays even, and you maintain correct weight.

I just recently went to the doctor for my daughters eating habits, and that is exactly what she told me to do. 5 smaller meals a day, will give her more energy and make her poop more!

No, it's correct. Read: five smaller meals a day. Not fave meals of fifteen bigmacs per day (slight excaggeration perhaps, but you get the point)

This is compared to fewer, big meals a day, nota bene.

You do have to eat the right stuff otherwise its still going to be turned into fat stores. You also have to exercise to burn fat, eating right and going on a 5k run 3 times a week would get someone that size trim in a couple of months.

Fad diets just dont work. You have to change your entire lifestyle.
