you cant eat oranges all day..WHAT you eat is only half the problem. you need to watch what, how much, and when. if your going to eat alot do it in the morning as opposed to dinner.so eating 100 side salads will get you nowhere |

You could eat 100 side salads a day. Just thought that was interesting. Maybe people who claim they're fat because they're always hungry should just eat a side salad every 5-10 minutes. |
