Ok, to me this looks like it could be some sort of tabloid/celeb magazine article where, for fun, they got a bunch of JP celebs to put stockings over their head for an amusing challenge to see if people could figure out who they are.
Not sure why this is weirdly Japanese...its just supposed to be fun/silly. |
