Sunday, May 16, 2010 2:04:18 PM Here's what I thought of this picture And yes, it is completely filled out. I don't like articles that tell me in advance what I know and what I don't know. "Hurr durr you're stupid read this article and you'll be smart dumba$s." |

Sunday, May 16, 2010 12:14:23 PM it would be eerie, yet humerous at the same time if we used the thigh bones of dead drifters for a sidewalk project on the side of a highway. their spirit would live on! |

Sunday, May 16, 2010 7:50:14 AM Well, some people's brains anyway. The people's brains that DON'T produce that amount of energy would be certain people in Kentucky, Virginia and most of the West Virginia population. Oh, and those people that misuse the words "their, they're, there, your and you're. |

Sunday, May 16, 2010 2:29:02 AM @LazyMe484 You are absolutely correct, although one would have to make an ass out of you and me here, and thus say that the brain would be able to generate roughly 25 watts constantly. Otherwise the information is, as you point out, utterly useless. |

Saturday, May 15, 2010 9:18:06 PM "The energy used by the brain is enough to light a 25 watt bulb" sooooooo 25 watts then? Allow me to over complicate this for you... It takes far less than 25 watts to "light" a 25 watt light bulb. 25 watts is the peak usage. Think of a dimmer switch - at the dimmest setting the light bulb is still lit while consuming hardly any power. ... but even more strikingly they confuse power with energy. An ant can deliver 25 watts if it's output is concentrated briefly enough. This poster sucks. I'd rather read the blocked ads that came with it. |

Saturday, May 15, 2010 5:38:37 PM um... how funny the first one is wrong. The NOSE doesn't remember anything, the BRAIN remembers what senses pass through the nose. Wow, our government ran schools are seriously making people more and more dumb every day. :/ |
