aseirinn, How's them cheeto's working for ya? Have you overcome something as challanging as she has that gives you a right to dis her?
i wasnt disrespecting her...if you read my comment properly you'd see i was merely pointing out that she probably feels no different to most other athletes...and the notion that she should be commended for running is ridiculous...theres thousands of people without legs, not all are athletes some are lazy some are not...but all are normal human beings with human failures and achievements...stephen hawking is a scientist, renound maybe but a scientist nonetheless... |

You know, it's always the athletes who are in REALLY good shape who go out climbing mountains or something that are more likely to loose their legs, so it's no surprise that they bounce back and continue to be great athletes. |

That type of prosthesis actually improves running stride and endurance.....they're bouncy  So she would actually have an advantage over a runner who had their original feet. |
