What's so hard to understand about this?
"These colors don't run" (i.e. red, white, and blue) is another way of saying that America doesn't run from wars. It's basically a pro-war bumper sticker. Well, as you can clearly see, the colors have indeed faded, likely due to excessive sunlight, causing the bumper sticker to be very ironic.
Again, why is this so hard to grasp? |

Red, White, and Blue are used in most other European countries and have since the 1100's. |
