this is from navy boot camp, notice the "div. 930" at the top, 900 divisions are where all the nukes, seals, and in this case musicians are put. the person writing it was likely a military TA (teachers assistant) who in boot camp are forbidden to use a civilians first name. Ohh and yes, the navy uses many civilian contractors as teachers |

We have a designated music class, and there are one-on-one lessons for specific instruments, but they aren't official lessons per-se. |
