Wednesday, May 12, 2010 2:03:44 PM Having seen many-a-Vitamin-Waters in my day, it seems legit. I can tell from the horrid grammar. |

Wednesday, May 12, 2010 2:21:46 AM I've never heard of this flavor before, but I really wouldn't be surprised if this was real. Most, if not all Vitamin Water labels are like this. Here's the label for theme music vol. 1:

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 4:42:24 PM I drink Vitamin water a lot, and the way it phrased sounds pretty dead-on. I've also seen some where the sentences didn't start with an uppercase letter. And the smart-ass overtones would fit with a LOT of their bottles (go out and find their XXX flavor and you'll see what I mean). I wouldn't be surprised if it's fake or real, to be honest. This is totally the kind of thing they would make. |

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 4:33:56 PM Neat attempt. Better grammar would've made it a better attempt, IMHO. Obviously, the cranberry reference is related to turkey, which (in the past) has been rumored to contain large amouns of Tryptophan. Yet a little research will clearly debunk that myth. Cheddar cheese contains more Tryptophan then turkey does. Hence, the cranberry reference kinda fails. :\ |

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 1:59:52 AM Vitamin water - made by the coca-cola co. = massive massive rip-off. Drink water instead it's not loaded with sugar and pretend vitamins and not about £2 a bottle. |

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 1:38:01 AM Eh Vitamin water is mostly sugar and loaded with calories. Most people I spy buying the dreaded water tend to be overweight (I worked at Walgreens and we sold them). They think they're being healthy but they're not.. I use benedryl as a sleep aid. Works amazingly well, way better then the seroquil I was taking for bipolar did. That stuff just made me toooo sleepy.

Monday, May 10, 2010 9:18:50 PM Yea, except having extra vitamins does no harm as long as they are water soluble (which these are)..all that happens is you pee the excess out..and go on with your life. If you want to talk about something being bad for you..this in the long run, is NOTHING compared to things like Monster and Rockstar energy drinks. Just one is extremely bad for your heart. I honestly don't know how they can legally sell them. There has to be a cigarette lobbyist in there somewhere. |

Monday, May 10, 2010 9:08:45 PM I've used diphenhydramine but it doesn't always work. I've found melatonin to be the best, but I only take it as a last resort. |

Monday, May 10, 2010 8:25:51 PM Vitamin Water is actually bad for you, dehydrates you and your body cant absorb that many vitamins, chances are it will only absorb the vitamin C. The more you know..... |

Monday, May 10, 2010 8:23:45 PM Let's see...tryptophan is a sleep aid, and cranberry sauce is a diuretic. So, you'll either be getting up to pee in an hour, or more likely, you'll just wet the bed. Sounds fun. I'll take two. |

Monday, May 10, 2010 8:21:25 PM "Take extra strength gravol Sarah (no joke). the diphenhydramine will put you to sleep if you're trying to go down. I work shifts and have to do it sometime because my body's clock is all wonky. That or a ton of beer works too." K3vin, it's no wonder that something diphenhydramine helps you go to sleep. It's the main ingredient in a little thing called Tylenol PM. It's also benadryl and is in almost every sleep aid. |
