Saturday, May 08, 2010 7:22:03 PM "Seriously though, the whole degrees of separation thing is dumb and boring. The only way it could ever be cool is if it was done on the spot." That's actually a drinking game my friends and I play. Six degrees to any actor. Pick two actors, and find their connection through other actors they've worked with. You have to do it on the spot without any help from friends or the internet. Makes for a good time. |

Friday, May 07, 2010 11:26:01 PM Yeaaahhh that's not how the game works. At all. The premise isn't even correct. You're supposed to connect TWO PEOPLE, by what movie-related connectiosn they had with other actors, directors, etc. With this Einstein's rules you could connect them in one step: "hmm lebron james...OMG james is rhodey's 1st name! I WIN!!!! hurr derp etc." Seriously I cannot even express how terrible this logic is. |

Friday, May 07, 2010 1:04:47 PM Since when is the '6 degrees' game about connecting random meaningless words together? There is an e in my name which is a letter in the blair witch project which took place in the woods which has trees, there were some trees in the last king of scotland and there was also a king in robin hood prince of thieves and thieves steal like that badguy in ironman 2 who stole stark's fancy glowing heart thing idea. |

Friday, May 07, 2010 12:23:08 PM I have two big 6 degrees. First, I worked at a private school with a guy who was cousins with Nana Visitor. She, of course, played Major Kira on DS9. Even if she never met Gene himself, she met Patric Stewart, who undoubtedly met Gene and The Shat. Second, my cousin's husband worked as a valet for then Vice President Gore, who at the very least knew then President Clinton, who, well know, knew Monica Lewinski. |
