I have a problem with philosophers dressed up as scientists spouting their anti-religious beliefs and forcibly proselytizing them to our children. I mean really, Nothing in the bible can be true because you've found fossils of dinosaurs ? Get real. """ Hehe, this is exactly why they killed Socrates.... |

Thursday, May 06, 2010 7:01:42 AM Too bad there's no sound, I really want to hear those blasts. I had sound :S maybe turn it up a bit? There was plenty of roaring and blasting towards the middle. Anyway, I bet Peter Griffin is feeling pretty smug about his volcano insurance right now. |

Thursday, May 06, 2010 1:39:15 AM Steelgrid: Did you see all that white cloudy looking stuff ? That's steam. Lava doesn't just explode on it's own, It can be spewed out from pressure, A collapse of the crater wall, OR water turning into steam. Groundwater and or an underground aquifer seeps in to the crater, it takes several seconds to heat up and then *BOOM*. |

Wednesday, May 05, 2010 5:57:34 PM Too bad there's no sound, I really want to hear those blasts. P.S. I don't like to harm anyone, but I would gladly go to jail for stabbing the crap out of these spammers. |

Wednesday, May 05, 2010 5:57:27 PM I'm pretty sure Earth wants to kill us. Just waiting for the best time, such as the arrival of a Dante(DMC reference, not historical person reference). |

Wednesday, May 05, 2010 4:50:54 PM Can we hold the front page on the supervolcano eruption until after I'm dead? I definitely definitely do not want to be around for such an event. |

Wednesday, May 05, 2010 3:33:18 PM Yeah, Earth could kill us all, quickly, if she really wanted to... but it's a lot more fun to watch us kill ourselves, slowly. Ain't Mother Nature and Karma a pair of bitches? (Speaking as a failed experiment in primate evolution, that is.) |

Wednesday, May 05, 2010 3:26:32 PM Steam shockwave? No.....You can clearly see that after each shotwave that LAVA is bein spewed into the air....For the size of this crater the amont of water required to do this would have to be much much higher....Most of the ice has already been melted by the time this video was shot |
