He woke in the morning with an Almighty hangover and in a foul mood. He said "Y'know what? I'm gonna plonk an island in the middle of that ocean - a bloody great Continent-size island, cut off from everywhere!"
"Huge Island in middle of Ocean - check" says Gabriel, scribbling on his clipboard.
"And you know", says God, "how I made men total tosspots? Well, on this big frakkin' island, the blokes will be twice the dicks that normal men are!"
And Gabriel jots down on his clipboard... "Aussie men - dicks x2"

I almost moved to Australia a year or so back (true story). Had a great job lined up in the oil business in Perth, immigration taken care of, the works. Ready to hit the button.
At the last hurdle, I was put off by the remoteness, the distance from extant family and friends. That, and thought of double-dicked kangaroos wanking all over the place. F*ck that. |
