Wednesday, May 05, 2010 9:39:27 PM Wow, people here don't remember an airline called PanAm that had a 747 blown out of the sky over Lockerbie, Scotland? I'm thinking you can get away with anything these days. Just give it a couple of weeks and the masses will have forgotten and moved on to watch the next series of Dancing With the Stars. |

Sunday, May 02, 2010 4:55:12 AM well that is interesting >i think technically he is right...they haven't been on planes, they just took the planes and crashed them >but then again the craziness x 25 you go through before you get on the plane is supposed to prevent it from happening. i don't know why anyone would, usually the psychos that are up to bombing things go for larger crowds than would fit on a plane. |

Sunday, May 02, 2010 1:24:28 AM >...in the history of airplanes, how many bomb detonations have there been on a commercial flight? I don't remember hearing of any. Have you heard of that other country? That huge one that isn't Yoo Ess Ay?

Saturday, May 01, 2010 9:14:27 PM I didn't remember that I bought 2 1-liter bottles of the new (at the time) mountain dews (because I'm a HUGE fan of Dew.). They were on the OUTSIDE drink holders on my fluorescent yellow Adidas backpack and the TSA didn't even realize it. I could have "Dewed" that whole plane! |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 7:11:45 PM Why don't they just save everyone a lot of trouble and mandate that everyone fly buck naked and sans any sort of luggage. I refuse to fly unless there is no other way to get where I need to go. It's just not worth it. |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 6:32:21 PM my moms friend got away with taking full sized perfumes on the plane cuz the security people dont always pay attention, she also had a face wash kit, but the security girl noticed that, but it cost $300 so the girl took out this thing that reads all the chemicals in the liquid |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 11:01:06 AM Idk if everyone's forgotten, but the reason we can't take a lot of liquid on flights anymore is because about two years ago the US government discovered a plot to blow up multiple planes over the Atlantic using only LIQUID EXPLOSIVES. It would be quite easy to fill a snow globe with explosive liquids. |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 8:22:44 AM I work at my local airport for TSA. The snowglobes are no longer for sale in the giftshops after security. the reason they are not allowed through is because they contain more than 3.4 ounces of water. Why would you need one in your carry on bags anyway? The truly sad part of all this is my airports public relations person, takes the snowglobes and donates them to kid's charities. So you cant take it on a plane, but you can give it to an innocent little child. f**k my job. |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 6:10:02 AM Seriously... one of those things breaks on the plane and can you imagine what would happen when there's a blizzard inside a plane in the air?... that's how those things work right? |

Saturday, May 01, 2010 2:31:49 AM they actually haven't been allowed on planes for a long time unless you get one that has a stopper in it to drain the water... i believe it has something to do with the pressurization in the cabin would make them shatter |
