I have to say I'm not surprised. She has (2) 2nd degree petit theft charges, careless driving, (2) speeding tickets, passing in a no passing zone, and failure to yield on the same day as the DUI. She filed Not Guilty and was arraigned on the 17th. No idea how much time she got, but she's not in state prison yet.
And she was born 12/14/1988.
Only 21 years old. Wasted youth. |

Felony DUI gets you on probation for 3 years, no driver's license and 10 grand in fines. If the person is "seriously" injured - you can get a few weeks in jail and you will be paying them money for a looooong time. |
