It is exactly what every Hawaiian gets when they request their Hawaiian birth certificate. It is stamped by the Registrar. It has the official raised seal. It was investigated by the Health Department and confirmed. It has been confirmed by the Republican Governor of Hawaii. That's it, it's over.
You base your twisted theory off the fact that he hasn't produced the original? I wouldn't expect anyone to go above and beyond to quiet down a small group of nut cases who have an obvious agenda. Rational people have moved on a long time ago. |

its unbelievable that the Teaparty movement members currently know nothing about the tax laws. They say they want lower taxes when in fact for 95% of citizens they have gone down.
They say they want their country back.. from who or what.... it is because your president is black!? it his chocolate goodness offending you!?!? |

It's silly if it has no basis, not that silly if it is fact! His health plan is controversial to say the least, hasn't pulled anyone from the Middle East and has spent more $$ then every President from George "W" Bush to George Washington combined.

Here's the difference pui.
John McCain was asked about his citizenship. He provided a hard copy (not a fax) of his BC, hospital papers, and military documentation.
Obama was asked for proof of his, and he provided a faxed copy, on fax paper, on just the front of his BC.
That's why there are questions. |

Besides, What is more interesting right now is the motion Rod Blagojevich's lawyers files to compel Obama to testify in court to answer the accusation that Obama tried to influence Rod on who would get his old senate seat. |

Well if he was white, I doubt people would deny his legitimacy....
If John McCain been president, There would be 'birthers'. Like I said before, The 'electors' decide who is president, After that it takes impeachment and a trial in the senate for a sitting president to be removed. I seriously doubt the American public has the stomach for another one of those so soon after Bill Clinton's impeachment and trial. |

This whole 'birther' issue came to light from one of Hillary Clinton's lawyers. He was the first to file suit. So, These are not just 'Republicans' or 'Conservatives' hating on Obama. |

Well if he was white, I doubt people would deny his legitimacy after being presented with a real, legitimate document proving his birthplace. It's not racist of me to say that because I am not saying ALL white people are accusing him of that. Please learn what racism is before accusing people of it.
Yes, but upon seeing his birth certificate they shut up, didn't they? They didn't go on to say "IT MUST BE FAKE! HE CAN'T POSSIBLY BE A REAL CITIZEN!!!!!"

pui: It wouldn't be the first time a county clerk has done something illegal. Some have been arrested for embezzlement, removing arrest records, changing vehicle registrations, misplacing or not filing warrants, rigging elections, realty fraud, etc....
