1. Canada is itself a sovereign state.
2. Each of Canada's provinces function as a federated state.
3. "The State" can also refer to the group of people governing a sovereign or federated state.
So, if Canada doesn't exist, has no provinces, and no governing body you would be correct in your assumption that Canada doesn't have states.
My point is, you shouldn't be calling someone on an idiot when you don't know what you're talking aboot. eh?

He shouldn't have had kids if he wanted to remain single and free. He should be put under house arrest and forced to spend more time with them. |

Here's a fun trick: just imagine this was a single mother posting this because she was so sick of her kids... How does that make the situation look different? Can you imagine the amount of hate that would be rolling over her instead of sympathy?
Single parenting is a pooty job for anyone. Looks like this guy feels entitled to a lack of responsibility though. |
