Agreed, this was a British TV series called skins. Skins was shown in early 09 so possibly even filmed in 08. so not really a 2010 contender. |

hahaha. that's Cook from the 3 series of skins. and that isn't even the main part of the tattoo. the point in the series was that the tattoo continued round to the front and viewers were meant to imagine what was there. |
