Add to that the loose screw, Birther Queen Orly Tates has repeatedly been dismissed in court for filing "frivolous lawsuits" over this goofy conspiracy theory, AND the owner of Red State blog has taken measures to ban Birthers from his conservative website. Some people will just never accept the empirical evidence put before them, the Reality Based Community will just have to move on without them.

He could've said the word and allowed press access to all his all his university transcripts, papers, and his long form birth certificate. For whatever reasons he's decided to keep them all out of the public eye.
His university transcripts are private information. The press has no legitimate use for them.
As for his "long form birth certificate", it is an entirely bogus claim to begin with. He showed us a copy of his birth certificate--the same document anyone born in Hawaii would receive when asking for a copy of their birth certificate. Two major Honolulu newspapers had announcements about his birth. The Hawaii State Department of Health Director has stated that the birth certificate is real, and that she has seen the associated records kept by the department.
There is no question that Obama was born in the US. |

"His "REAL" name is Barry Soetoro. He apparently used a fake SS Number while attending law school, a number of someone who was 118 years old at the time. Also, not a native born American, which makes him ineligable to be the president of the United States."

People said that a decade ago about there even being a black candidate for president, Among other things.
Obama said he was going to have the most 'transparent' presidency ever, He could've said the word and allowed press access to all his all his university transcripts, papers, and his long form birth certificate. For whatever reasons he's decided to keep them all out of the public eye.
He's also held secret meetings with Democrat leaders of congress, Big pharmaceutical companies, and other visitors (He's blocked requests for the WH visitors log). |

Do you think, with all the resources this country brings to bear on every candidate, that's even a remote possibility? Really? Between the Secret Service background checks (the most exhaustive in the world, I might add), the mass amounts of publicly available research, and sheer curiosity of our news organizations and general population, there's no way in HELL that any of these silly idea you folks have are even possible. |

I think Obama keeps refusing to release his original long-form birth certificate just to keep the controversy going. Then he can smear ALL of his political opponents as tin-foil-hat conspiracy nuts, i.e., "birthers."
It would be hilarious, though, if the next president managed to force the release of his birth certificate, and it turned out he isn't a citizen after all. Then ALL the laws and executive orders he signed would immediately be declared null and void, and all of his judicial appointments would be thrown the f*** off the bench.
I'm not holding out hope, but a fella can dream, can't he?
And he went by Barry in his younger days when he thought it was to his advantage to have a more American-sounding name. |

I don't doubt that everything we say at IAB, and other sites, is monitored, probably by a dedicated section of Google run by NSA. True Story: I was on the phone to a friend in another State 3000km away, and it was a crappy, hissing phone line. We could hardly hear a word the other said, and just as a joke, I shouted "Hang on, I'll get a better line for us... president bomb ambush plot jihad!" There was about 3 clicks on the line, a quick buzz, and then we had a VERY clear phone line. It was quite perturbing... I was only joking, BUT it worked... and this is in Australia, not the US. Since then, I have been damn sure ALL phone calls are computer-scanned for keywords. |
