let me tell you, I had one several years back now whose sign said tell me off for a dollar or slap me for five, I was in a foul mood so I dropped him a 20 and broke his jaw.... man I'm going straight to hell, oh well. |

I saw this one homeless guy near Main St. Station (vancouver) jsut drumming on this tin can and when I went back there a couple of hours later he was STILL drumming. And he could keep a beat too. if I had a dollar I would have given it to him. |

Yup. That's Vancouver, B.C. We have some of the world's most diverse and craftiest hobos around. Like there's the one guy that just kneels down with his face against the concrete and starts sobbing really loud; A very old man with a backpack, a walking staff, no shoes in the middle of winter with a sign pleading for money. It's like a homeless Olympics everyday. GO FOR THE GOLD ! (coloured coin) |

Wow - I saw this exact guy in Vancouver a couple months ago while visiting right before the Olympics. He was on the same street corner as he is pictured here - here it is. You can see the blue RBC sign behind him.
